About the Role
The Role:
Are you ready to become a Global Feasibility Lead at Novartis?
As a Global Feasibility Lead, you will oversee and coordinate early modeling viability assessments, global feasibility assessments, recruitment projections, and allocations strategies for assigned trials and programs
Major accountabilities but not limited to:
- Analyse various data sources, including clinical trial data, historical performance, publications, epidemiology, clinical trial and commercial landscape, etc.
- Provide modeling and viability analysis to support early recruitment projections and clinical trial planning
- Conduct end to end clinical trial feasibility in collaboration with the country feasibility managers, clinical trial team and medical teams
- Propose optimal country and site allocations in alignment with the global program strategy
- Provide feedback on study design based on available data and feasibility insights
- Develop robust site initiation and patient enrolment strategies
- Develop and coordinate feasibility assessment/survey and provides a thorough analysis and summary of feasibility outcome
- Contributes to risk management strategies highlighting operational risks and mitigation actions for program and trial feasibility and allocations.
- Supports the creation and maintenance of patient enrolment forecast
Key performance indicators:
- Timely, efficient, data driven, and quality execution of activities.
- Proactive operational planning with effective contingency and risk mitigation plans.
Your Experience:
- Degree in Life Sciences or related scientific discipline.
- More than 3 years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience is recommended
- Understanding of all aspects of clinical drug development with particular emphasis on clinical trial design and trial execution.
- Possess resourceful research skills to locate unusual information and have capacity to develop a domain specific knowledge base.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated experience in data driven feasibility for global clinical trials.
- Communicates effectively with colleagues in a local/regional/global matrixed environment.
- Good project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to problem solve and mediate issues.
- Ability to understand analytical data insights with proven ability to communicate background details and rationale.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
